Walking is the simplest yet most effective, pleasant and relaxing way to take a break, recharge our batteries and enjoy life. Walking is a well known and innate action in men as all the terrestrial animals. However, due to our busy lifestyle and the lack of time, this movement is not sought-after anymore. Fortunately we can escape from our hectic cities! A few hours or days are enough: from easy paths across coniferous woods or beech forests, to demanding hills to reach famous mountain peaks, or a journey in unspoiled valleys lasting more days. It can take one hour, one day or one week according to the time available and to our abilities. Walking in the nature is the simplest yet most effective way to relax our mind and body.
