Churches
The west shore of Lake Garda features a series of wonderful parish churches and shrines: they are the real examples of an extremely lively world whose humanity and concreteness are expressed by every stone of which these important buildings are made up. A visit to said churches, as suggested by the itinerary, is therefore highly recommended for many reasons. The churches and shrines of the Garda area combine the religious and mystic atmosphere with a variety of architectural and artistic elements of great value which make them unique and magnificent. Although these ecclesiastical structures have undergone frequent changes over time, today their ancient charm is the same as it was in the past, also thanks to the wonderful landscape which surrounds them and their undeniable artistic prestige. Visitors can definitely enjoy an impressive experience both at aesthetic and spiritual level.
